London & Paris
Winter Sales and Tourist Free

January, 2009

WTT Founder Debra Asberry and Tour Leader Kellie Fennessy were in London and Paris in January recently and found the cities to be alive with things to do, lots of wonderful shopping bargains to be found, and no long lines to contend with at the major sights. Plus, air to Europe is cheap at this time of the year! It is a great time to explore these cities and the WTT tour leader will be there to show you around and make suggestions for a wonderful time in these two capitals of Europe.
(See tentative itinerary below)

We are currently in the process of planning this trip.
Once we have all the activities, hotels and other details confirmed,
and the price finalized, we will remove this information and post
a completed itinerary with the price.

If you are interested in learning more about this trip,
make a pre-reservation.
It is very important to make a no-obligation pre-reservation.
Those who have made a pre-reservation will be notified first
when the full itinerary and pricing is posted.

 Make a Pre-Reservation

A pre-reservation does not require any money.
Once the tour is finalized and a tour price available, those who have pre-reserved
a space will be contacted via email and asked to decide if they
want to make a deposit. If you are not interested, you don't have to do anything.

Tentative Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive London; City Tour
The tour begins in the lobby of the hotel at 4:00pm. If you arrive earlier in the day, the WTT tour leader will be at the hotel to greet you and to make suggestions as to how to best use your time before the group meeting. We will have dinner together this evening.

Day 2: Full Day in London
After breakfast your WTT tour leader will be available to make suggestions for your day. Do some shopping, sightseeing, museum hopping, theater, and markets.  The WTT tour leader will have a sightseeing itinerary if you wish to spend the day with her. This evening is free.

Day 3: Full Day in London
Meet your WTT tour leader in the hotel lobby for suggestions as to how best to use your last day in London.  If you wish to venture outside the city there are several tour companies that offer day trips to Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, Oxford, and many other well-know places. The WTT tour leader will lead an optional evening dinner cruise on the Thames.

Day 4: Depart for Paris. Afternoon city tour
Today we are up early to catch the train to Paris. This 4-hour train trip will go under the English Channel and emerge in the France countryside before ending in Paris. After checking in at the hotel, we will take a tour of the city. The WTT tour leader will lead an optional evening dinner at a local restaurant and then see who is interested in going to a Cabaret.

Day 5: Full Day in Paris
The WTT tour leader will be in the hotel lobby to offer suggestions as to how best use your day in Paris. The WTT tour leader will have a sightseeing itinerary if you wish to spend the day with her. If you wish to venture outside the city to visit the Palace of Versailles, home of Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette, there are local companies who offer tours on a daily basis. This evening is free.

Day 6: Full Day in Paris. Dinner.
Meet your WTT tour leader in the hotel lobby for suggestions as to how best to use your last day in Paris.  This evening we will have dinner together and say farewell to a lovely city and new friends.

Day 7: Return home from Paris
Depending on when your flight departs, you may have time for a last walk around the city. The WTT tour leader will assist in coordinating transfers to the airport.
