Saturday, 7 Oct 2017: Day to Explore Barcelona; Farewell Dinner (B,D)
The day is yours to enjoy one of the oldest cities in the world dating back 2000 years. Your WTT Tour Leader will have several suggestions for things to do and see. There's no better way to get to know a city than to head out on a bike for a few hours. Barcelona is covered with a lot of narrow lanes, so cycling is the easiest mode of transport. Architect and designer, Antoni Gaudi played a huge part in the Art Nouveau movement in Spain. His work can be spotted all over the city in some of the most recognized landmarks. Consider Parc de la Ciutadella: the row boats are amazing here and the fountain is like something out of a movie. It is the NYC Central Park-equivalent in Barcelona... you won't be disappointed by its charm. Tonight we celebrate our time in Spain at a Farewell Dinner at a local restaurant.
Sunday, 8 Oct 2017: Depart Barcelona (B)
