Today is another ferry, this time to Nantucket, a tiny picturesque island off the coast of Cape Cod with a history of seafaring greatness. We'll spend the day in the lovely town of Nantucket where we'll visit the Whaling Museum to learn about the history of this area. This island was once the greatest whaling center in the world. More than 800 homes built between 1740 and 1840 by brave whaling men still stand, lovingly preserved. We return by ferry to Hyannis and enjoy our Farewell Dinner at a local seafood restaurant.
